What : An overview of teaching literature to HS students, the genres, some of the main areas to be covered in a programme and of one successful approach which can be adapted to most works, most groups and most programmes. Note that this is not a methodology programme, but an overview of one successful approach to teaching literature.
Who : Teachers of G9 – 12 (1º – 4ºM) Literature, A-Level Literature, IB Language A Literature. While aimed at English teachers, the skills and contents are transferable to Spanish classes. Teachers of G6 – 8 may also find this useful.
Length : 8 hours (one day intensive or two half-day semi-intensives or four 2-hour sessions)
